Moving With Change Tai Chi/Chi Kung :

Come experience the essential breath driven movement principles and
philosophy of Tai Chi and Chi Kung. Rooted in tradition, these moving
meditation practices are the foundation of the Tai Chi form. The
Moving With Change approach includes and reaches beyond the Tai Chi
form , with daily life applications allowing us to relax into who we
truly are.
Simple Chi Kung warm up exercises promote flexibility ,strength and
balance . This class will also practice sections of the Tai Chi form.
All these exercises can be done at home and will refresh, relax and
tonify the body ,mind and spirit.
As our energy flows more freely , we can more easily "move with
change" and are allowed to connect with each other in true community.
