We need stamina, strong nerves, the ability to clean our body of toxins, and wisdom to apply our intelligence. A daily practice in Kundalini yoga can awaken these qualities. It is up to each of us to use the tools set before us, which if applied and used regularly, will help keep us healthy, elevate our spirits, and uplift those around us.
