anis Bowersox (Fatehjeet Kaur) has been practicing yoga on and off the mat for the last two decades. As a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Janis guides her students through a challenging set of exercises designed to get specific results. Mantra (chanting), mudras (hand positions), pranayama (breathing) and meditation are all a part of the class. A firm believer that yoga can make you happier, healthier, and more present in your life, she experienced it’s magic directly through a divorce and later with a health crisis. She is grateful to her teachers and for this ancient practice.
