Intro to Ashtanga

Intro to Ashtanga is offered for those who are curious about Ashtanga yoga and Mysore-style practice.  Intro to ashtanga takes place in the Mysore room with a teacher who focuses on new students.  

Students new to yoga will enjoy individualized attention, as they begin with breathing and the sun salutations.  The first sessions for those new to yoga may only last 30 minutes, giving both the body and the mind time to adapt. The idea is to start slowly, build a strong foundation, and create a comfortable sequence over time.
