Guided Meditation, a 4 Week Series

Meditation for practitioners and beginners:
Declutter the mind with breathwork and guided meditations from a range of wisdom - Buddhist monks, Sufi sages, Sikh gurus, contemporary authors and chant artists. The meditations vary in length, some are silent and others use music. Sit on a mat, cushion, or chair; periodic gentle stretching breaks included.
Series 1: 9/16, 23, 30 & 10/7
Series 2: 10/14, 21, 28 & 11/11
