Healthy Bones – Bone re-mineralizing herbal vinegars

These days the calcium pills are no longer recommended as it is thought they make the bones brittle and create spurs.

As most people don’t drink milk, drink coffee (which is a diuretic) and even the very health conscious don’t eat enough dark green leafy vegetables to maintain healthy levels of calcium and other minerals…we are saved again by herbs.

Herbal vinegars powerfully remineralize the bones, according to Susan Weed   – one the most established woman herbalist – 1tsp of herbal vinegar  = 1 cup of milk.

Herbal vinegars are a tasty addition to you diet, and are easy to make. Use them as a part of salad vinaigrette or pour a splash into a pasta sauce, soups, chili, casseroles or salsa.

You may also add the vinegar to your drinking water instead or along with few drops of lemon and a pinch of salt (electrolyte water!)

Krysia will teach how to make your own vinegar (bring a quart jar with organic ACV) and will provide several different recipes and a tasting menu of ready to use vinegars. She will also provide several options of vegetables and herbs for the use of making your own bone re-mineralizing vinegars.
